Update...

I finally had access to a helper and made some determinations.

The car has spark!!

I opened the fuel line after the injectors but before the fpr and turned the ignition on, not a drop of fuel out of the line!!!

Fuel pump problem? Filter is new.

Check for power at the pump. It can also be the relay.
