SCS2k said:I don't know why you would need a dash mat in Canada but here in Arizona it can get hot enough in a car during the summer to literally melt the dash. I've never seen it happen to an NSX but I've seen it in other car. The mat can often prevent severe sun damage here and in other warmer climates. I don't especially like the look either but it can prevent an expensive repair down the road.
LOL... well, as it pertains to Alberta, they are definitely better looking in Edmonton than Calgary, even though Edmonton is further north. I attribute this to the white-collar nature of Calgary (more head offices, oil & gas, engineering, etc) and more blue-collar nature of Edmonton (fabrication, oilpatch services, construction, etc). It's all those blue collar worker's daughters... heh heh!foxy-abby said:I'll preface this by saying I've never been to Canada, but as a general rule in The States, the girls are much better looking the further south you get.
Like a bad hair piece:wink:
Well at least with the dash pad, I don't get high heel marks in my vinyl!!!
Wish they made door pads...........

I'm sorry, but that looks absolutely AWFUL. I would NEVER do that to my car. It looks like you stuck two trunk mats together and slapped it on there.
....
and no, I don't have it on the car this year......
Here are some teaser pics of Vroom's Alcantara dash we've been working on for the last few months. Being a Tailor by trade I've been doing all the sewing of the dash and seats etc and Jeff has been doing the rest. I'm sure Jeff will post some good pics and write up when all is done in a few weeks so hang tight it's going to look killer.
