Computer problem: how to find and delete hidden admin account

Just boot it from the bios. Change the boot up order in the bios. Usually a floppy or a hard drive is the 1st boot up device in the computer/laptop. Just make the cd/dvd drive your 1st boot up device. It won't rely on the OS to load up the software anymore just the data on the upgrade disc.

last thing to do if you want factory setting is to call toshiba customer service and buy a copy of the recovery cd.. if they even have them.. i dont see y they couldn't get you one.. i know majority of new laptop come with preloaded one time software to burn out recovery cds. but worth a try if you insist on trying to fix it.

then again it may not be worth the hassle.
