Center conceal paint strip

So I'm doing a small build on my car this winter (cosmetic/paint things and just fixing some wrongs I have been finding) and I have been cleaning up my conceal and noticed the typical bubbling and wrinkling from the oem coating. I was wondering if there is a good way to completely strip it down clean so I can repaint it, just wondering what others have done I just don't want to mess something up. Any advice and help would be great, thanks.
