So yesterday I washed the NSX...all clean and shiny. Got home and realized I need bananas. It's a beautiful SoCal night, I'll pop the top and go to the store via the long way. Humming down the road I hear a very loud POP! There it was, a perfect 3" diameter hit on the passanger head rest (good thing my wife wasn't along). Man it was a mess:mad:, but I got it all cleaned up when I got home:smile:

What did you use to clean it off? Would you have rather have had the top on or off in regards to the incident? Cause getting pooped on by birds is a real headache for me.

I have another black car besides my X and one day I'll clean it up and wax it then later to find that there are bird droppings on the roof of my car. When in fact i park my car under the open sky rather than or near light posts or trees. It'll also be a nice sunny clear southern california blue sky however I just don't know how these birds aim for the stuff below, lol.

By the way, what time was this at?

Could have been the driver's seat...

Man you were lucky, actually all three of you including the seagull.

It could have ended like this:

Bird droppings are very very frequent and common here in cali.

Was outside sitting in my chair reading one of my many car magazines yesterday when all of the sudden I feel this huge "splat" on my forearm. Bird had dropped one right on my arm - dead hit - it all stayed on. Good times.

Y'all should go get jobs so you can remain in the safe confines of an office building.

Smartwax plastic, rubber, leather cleaner. Would have much rather had the top on. The shrapnel from this hit was massive:frown:
