I must be misreading something here.....
The is no specific radar 'detector for the NSX'....
I know the NSX is a fast and exotic car but all radars will be able to detect the NSX at whatever speed.
Which is very unfortunate I might add as well....
No. The Valentine 1 unit is self-contained, plugs into the cigarette lighter, and can be placed on the dash, sun visor, etc. A remote display is optional and you can also install wiring for the power to avoid the use of the lighter, but neither is required.nsx2tall said:I actually had the valentine recommended to me by a cop who said it was the most effective system he knew of.
I think it requires some sensor wiring, yes?

Not exactly true. As I previously noted, there is a remote mounted display available from Valentine 1 (item 20110, $39). And, as I also previously noted, this is optional, not "required" as the previous poster suggested. There is no "remote mounted sensor"; the only sensor available from Valentine 1 is the radar detector unit itself (item 20015, $399), which can be mounted wherever you like (thus it is "remote" only if you get the optional remote display).KooLaid said:I am certain there are remote mounted sensors and displays available directly for the V1 from the manufacturer.
