You will need a coolant tank and oil catch pan, some hoses, and possibly and elbow fitting if you do not like the BOV. (I am pretty sure you can get this from MB)I have everything else.
Was installed last summer and has about 1500 miles on it. Pully measures 4.5 inches and boosts a LITTLE more than 6psi.
