Les, Nick, Tim, Brian, Conrad, Lonnie, Regan and Crack Addict, it was great hanging out with you today.
I sincerely couldn't think of a better way to spend my day.

I couldn't agree more.

See everyone soon................

You and me both, brother. Would have loved to have stayed even longer, and of course joined everyone today. Gotta work to pay for parts though...

No doubt we'll have plenty of more time together brother in thee near future !

In addition to all the deep shop talk about hp, lap times, vendors, better drivers, turbo, SC, EC douchebags....etc, we all agreed that crack is a much cheaper alternative life style but just don't look in the eyes.

Thanks brother but I am far from being a hero in the NSX community.
The true hero's are our cars and all those that own them.
I just have a passion for the NSX, as we all do. The cars only bring us together, it's the people involved that truly make it so awesome !

I haven't been involved much with the NSX community other than online. Just too busy most of the time with racing, living in Arizona and not being able to make the get together's you all have on a regular basis.

I see now what I've been missing. So many absolutely beautiful NSX's and some of the nicest people I had the pleasure of finally meeting and spending some time with yesterday and today.

I had an absolutely great time he last two days. The get together at Nicks shop, Applied Motorsports, and the drive today with so many of you. I didn't get a chance to meet all of you, but will eventually I'm sure I will and I'm certainly looking forward to it.

What a great group of people the SoCal area has.
I look forward to seeing you all again in the future.
Thank you all for making me feel so welcome today. It means a lot to me.

Thank you again Les for setting up another wonderful drive. It was a great one, really enjoyed the more relaxed, scenic state.

Always great hanging out. Here are my pics!

Spent the rest of the day chillin on a breezy deck looking at this view, talking about life with my Uncle and Aunt who live up there. It was overall one of the best days I've had in a very long time.

Beautiful photos, phryxis (Colin). BTW, what does phryxis mean? Kyras was the name of an awesome German Shepherd I had and loved deeply.

Who's car is the NA1 form NASA AZ? I have a question about your front bumper. Is that the OEM one, and how did you install the quick disconnect latches? I need to do something like that for mine.

That car belongs to Jim, screen name Coz. He's visiting in San Diego.

Thanks for the awesome drive everyone and all the wonderful company! I had a wonderful time except that I was following a really loud and annoying widebody NSX from Arizona (OUTSIDER!)

Coz and Nick, awesome to meet you and hang out. I hope to see you again soon at the tarmac.

Big thanks to Les and JC for organizing a really fun drive, it never ceases to amaze me how many cars show up to these events and how seemless they make it run. You guys rock!

Edit: Special thank to Patty for the name tag, but now I have to be more careful what I say on Prime as people will know who I am at meets.

Thanks Les and JC for organizing yet another great drive.

Thank you Patty for the brownies and the cool name tags.

Same here John ! You are a madman brother
I will get you out to one of our events soon.
Hopefully October at Firebird Main.

The front bumper is actually part of the FXMD F1A widebody kit.
The latches are areo latches. I used aluminum backing plates on the inside of the bumper and fenders and used allenhead bolts/nuts to hold them in place.
Being able to remove the front bumper for loading on my trailer and getting it on the alignment ramp helps a great deal
I don't see why the same concept couldn't be used on a stockbody car as well.

PM me your e-mail address and I will send you some detailed pictures of how the latches are secured when I get back home.

Me!!? A "madman"?!?! Surely you jest! I am a tame and docile creature...especially when compared to you, Nick or even Jason.

And how did I not mention, thank you Patty for the name tags. Seriously awesome, and extremely helpful. Actually, the name tag paid off merely minutes after Dave got his. He was looking for another Fresno NSX owner and found him due to the name tag!

That is lovely, Patty, thanks for sharing the story behind your screen name.

Unfortunately mine isn't as poetic. It's just the name of a mythological character that I liked the spelling of haha.

GREAT pictures Colin !

Thanks Coz!

You have a great eye with NSX builds. Truly inspiring, thanks for bringing it out.
