Anyone run EBC 'Yellow' pads.......

I did. Final event of the season, needed them ASAP and found a local source. Ruined my rotors in one day. Never seen anything like that, actually pushed metal into the slots of my RB rotors. Good thing I was planning on replacing the rotors anyway this winter. I have some front yellow pads with 80% remaining... $1 BTW: I am not the only one that EBC yellows have junked their rotors in a single day.

Stick with Hawk DTC60, Carbotech XP10 or 8, Cobalt Friction or use Hawk HP+ if you are not hard on the brakes and want a decent street/track pad.

The yellow is made outta ceramic, so I figured the iron rotors will get pwned by them.....

Thanks guys, this is exactly the type of feedback I was looking for.
Since we no longer have a dedicated race car, it's back to balancing compromises!
