i was just wondering if there are many NSX peeps here that live in Canada and if there are any meetings or gatherings like they do all over the States...

The Northeast Region of the NSX Club of America has a full program of activities that are not too far away from Toronto and Montreal. And next year's NSXPO 2004 will be close by, too (at Watkins Glen).
no i live in Alberta ...and there are only a handful of NSX s here....

I'm In Kitchener about 1 hour west of Toronto. There are a few owners in T.O they occasionally meetup in the GTA area.
It's lonely out there .....I might be the closest one to you .. in Regina. Nobody else here but me .. but supposed to be about 6 in Saskatoon of which I've met one.

i was recently at the Acura dealership here and they told me they only sold 3 2002 and up NSX s for all of Canada...

That doesn't sound right. Canada has tracked pretty consistently at about 10 percent of the NSX sales of the States (not surprising for a country with about 10 percent of the population of the States) and that would put them around 20-25 NSXs sold for 2002, and a like number for 2003.

if any one living in Canada has seen or heard of anyone in Canada owning a 2002 and up and NSX can you give details ...
the only time i ever saw a 2002 NSX in person was at last year's car show here and that was the imola orange one .....
i know that singer Celine Dionne's husband owns a 2003 NSX...

NCC-1701D, where in Alberta do you live? Do you by chance live in Calgary? I know a couple of other guys with NSX's and would like to get a few together for a drive in mid August. If you are interested you should drop me a line.

At least a couple of month ago there was one yellow 2003 NSX for sale in Auto Trader of Ontario asking 142 000$. Hum, let me check right now, well by today there seems to be two yellow, one at 137 900$ @ 4900 km and the other at 132 000$ @ 4911 km...
but of year 2002 though...
I mean there seems because advertising on the net isn't always up to date if not false.
I remember when I quickly asked info for an accidented purple 2001 Diablo that was available here in Montréal. Strangely, nobody were able to give me info and then they told me that the wrecked Lamborghini was already sold...

i was speaking with a fellow NSX owner here and he was saying that the NSX owners here in Alberta do tour from Edmonton -> Red Deer -> Calgary -> Banff -> Jasper and then home again....
i never got the chance to go on the ring drive..but i sounds like fun...it would nice to get a picture of all the NSX s just like the NSX s owner all across the States...

If/ when I get some guys together I will let you know. It would only be a day time drive, say out to Lake Louise and back. The Trip around Alberta seems pretty cool. It has been many years since I drove the Jasper to Lake Louise Road. I remember it being very scenic and quite curvey. If you know when is going ahead let me know.

Well, that's Alberta, which is not all of Canada. As of 1999, Acura of Canada had records for 674 NSXs purchased new. Of those, only 54 were for owners in Alberta. So, with only about 8 percent of the Canadian owners, it's quite possible that there were few if any sold in Alberta in the past few years. Have you checked with all four dealers in Alberta, though?NCC-1701D said:

nsxtasy --> those are really interesting numbers ...i have checked with the longest Acura dealer in Edmonton (the second Acura dealer just opened at the beginning of the year and for sure have not sold and NSX s prior to this year) and they were the ones that have told me that they have sold 0 Nsx s from 1998 til present..they were the ones that have also told the number of NSX sold in the past few years...
I can't say that i have spoken to the Calgary Acura dealers there to get any numbers....
i remeber the service department telling me that there were 12 or so NSX on file which they serviced here in Edmonton and none of them newer NSX s (say 1998 and up)
the people up here do have the money to buy $$$ cars ..for i have seen a couple of 2003 vipers drving around ...911 and turbo 911 and countless C5s adnd Z06s

I am in Calgary. I would love to get together with any other NSX owners for a spirited drive. I did a day trip on June 29th with Zahir Rana and the exotic car club to Banff for brunch. We took the 1A through Exshaw- Canmore en route to Banff, Lots of fun !!. Zahir had his F40 out. I had the only NSX, I should post some pictures of my car lined up with the likes of the F-40, a Murcielago, a Diablo, a Countach, a Jalpa, a 348, a mondial, 4- F 355's, a 360 spyder, a 308, a BB 512, 2-911's, a CL55, SL55, E36 & E46 M3's. We had quite the collection of cars.
