Around Philadelphia area..

I went to "Piazza Acura of West Chester" at West Chester, PA Area last week.
While I was having timing belt service and etc..
They scratched the front lip of the car badly.
Badly enough that scratches are not only under the front lip,..
they were also on the sides of the lip too..

I was lucky enough to find it out only about 5min after I picked my NSX up.
While I stoped for a cup of coffee..

Then I brought it back, they confirmed that it was their mistake.

It was pretty shocking to me that NO ONE stood up HONESTLY,
and told the service manager about it, and seemed like they don't
care who've done it. It was scratched enough that someone who was
driving it would've definately felt it when it happened.

Second of all, they should've check the car before handing it back to me.

I was lucky enought to claim about it ONLY because I found about it about
minutes later.. BuT,.. if I wasn't skeptical emough about found out about it even the very next day..
They probably denied that it was their mistake.

I could asume that.. because the way they provide services is not even
near of being professional. While those services were getting done..
I was transferred to three different service managers..
and whenever I was trying to contact them:.. I had to go through these mean female receptionists
or service managers to have myself get transferred to each service managers, First, Rob, Dan, and Deren.

What a hassle..
They never sounded polite (Not like I wanted SUPERB KING LIKE service..)
even after they've admitted it was their mistake.

I'm not sure that I should've been treated this way. When being a customer, who is actually "paying" for the services to get provided.. After I've paid, and waited for NSX to get fixed because they treated and drove my car like XXXX, then why am I the one feeling so bad? Why Acura service people think that they are somewhat higher rank(?) than other people, acts that way? Specially female service managers or the ones at chashiers.. They asts like that they're Paris Hilton or somethin' Because they're working at luxury division? Sometimes, I get this feeling that these luxury division makes the WORKERS feel they are something else.. which is so weird..
Almost like it was buit and made for their XXXX' EGO.. NOT for PEOPLE.

N E Wayz,.. thanks for reading this long.. thread. I already had few nightmares because of those irresponsible people who don't even know what they are working for, where they belong, and are working at.
I complained about the service, one female manager called me, then when I said that I'll talk once I'm there
to pick up the car, then you know what I got? Attitudes Attitudes.. OMG..

Do you guys know any exceptional acura dealer that could provide good service to my NSX in Philadelphia area? It's so hard to keep my NSX in good shape at Philadelphia area.. I'm more than willing to travel a little distance to keep it in good shape. Dedicate and sacrifice.. West Chester Area, Philadelphia Area, wherever as long as it's closer than NYC. I'm that much desperate.

Thanks Guys. And Don't EVER goto "Piazza Acura Of West Chester."
I mean it. They Should've learn.
They only care that they've acheive precision whatever at 2003.
So Damn Proud. WT... Enthusiasm? Hell no.
