So a 275/30-19 has a 25.5" OD (compared to a 24.72" for the stock 245/40-17). A 97+ USDM 6-peed with a 0.717 6th gear and a 4.062 final drive has a mathematical top speed of 208mph at 8,000rpm.

For comparison a 5-speed with the 0.771 fifth gear has a 194mph top speed at redline and would need 8,250rpm to reach 200mph with that tire.

For your gears and tires, my math says:

8,000rpm = 208mph = 334.7kph
8,375rpm = 218mph = 350.8kph
8,500rpm = 221mph = 355.7kph

So i'd say you figured correctly.
