Yeah, I'm a pro racer in my street legal nsx too. I need some tires at cost, brake pads and rotors would be great too (however those I expect free if you want me to talk to you again). If you throw in some free mobil 1 I'll put a 6" sticker on my back glass! :tongue: I'll get a master list going tonight and get back with potential sponsers tomorrow....

He was not bad mouthing you, he was simply telling the situation as it was.

He is always on Prime .How hard is it to respond right when you read the message.

No matter how often or long the member logs into prime, he is still not obligated to take time out of his schedule to respond to ANYONE. Especially when they are (in an unsolicited fashion) asking for money.

He certainly had plenty of time to repond to Miami Mermaids post.

When and who he responds to is no one's business but his own.

He could have told me not to bother him and I'd be cool with that!

Sounds like he's doing that right now. :biggrin:

Was just looking for some tires or someting at cost and I would put his decals on are rig and Quad.

Next time you are "looking" for something, i'd suggest that you conduct yourself in a more pleasant fashion.

I don't know either of these two parties and I have no financial consideration involved here but... since my opinion was solicited by the title of this thread, I'll wade into the shallow end.

Shumdit - You've done nothing wrong and in fact, you've shown yourself to be gracious, understanding and patient. If I were in to ATV's or ATVing (what's it called anyway), I'd throw you my business in a heartbeat.

Ceeya - Respectfully, you're way out of line. You pm'd someone on a Holiday weekend looking for a freebie and then you jump down the person you bothered on a weekend because he didn't respond to you fast enough. Not kosher, IMO. I'm glad to see you apologize here because I recognize you from other posts and was shocked to see it was you behaving this way.

And for the record...

... asking for a business person to give you something at his/her cost is not any different from a freebie. Unless Shumdit is a not for profit his time and efforts should be compensated otherwise he wouldn't go into business. Generosity from others should be appreciated and not expected.

Howdee, Lar. First of all, I don't think Schumdit bad mouthed you at all. He was simply at awe with regards to your second pm, as I would have been.

Second, as far as him replying to my post. Well, he knows me. I didn't just send him a pm from out of the blue asking for a favor.

I believe this member to have the uptmost respect for every individual. He has been nothing but helpful and courteous toward myself and others. I am sorry you weren't able to "chill" and wait more than a couple days for a response (being it was Labor Day Weekend).

In any case, it sounds as you noticed your mistake (i.e. lack of patience, not being one of your best virtues) which means that there is a possibility to just put this behind the two of you. There are much greater things in this world going on to be consumed with.

Shumdit, really, you might want to take that avatar away if you want to aviod these type of situation. I really think of the avatar as an express yourself stuff, (ask neo ), so I can understand that ceeya32 was being a little too enthusiastic when he see a flying quad at the nsx web site, thus lead him to some wrong expectation and assumption.

**I'm in ATV business for 5 yrs. too, I don't really like to get dirty, so it's not my love thus most people here doesn't really know about that... and Yes, sometime we do really deal with some silly, rough people... I totally understood your need to breathe away from the ATV two stroke's air. :tongue:

I agree, I hardly get an requests for 2 stroke stuff these days (except for Banshee dune riders, and they are not too much of my business, since we target the Utility market mostly). Maybe I should just put my business hours on my Avatar??? :biggrin: :biggrin:

Wow. For the record I never reply to emails sent to me on this website.

Why? Because my primary email is a Hotmail account, which NSXPrime.com does not allow. As a result I set up a non Hotmail account for Prime, which I check about once a year.

When I do log into that email once a year, I see 2 or 3 emails that have been sent to me from NSXPrime.com, which I of course failed to respond to.

I try to respond to PMs, but emails will go into a black hole.
