My uncle has a tractor.
To me, the Z06's greatest appeal is as an earth shattering track car. I cannot think of any other NEW car that Id buy instead of it as a track car. GT3RS or even GT3, while great track cars, seem to me like expensive cars to stuff into a wall.
I wonder how some of you would react if a real troll came on this site with no motive other than to put your NSX's down and bring no real valuable information regarding a formidable car like the Z06?
Excuse me but isn't that exactly what you've done?
I think one of your own (ZR-1 NSX) said it best in Post # 185, most on this forum are immature at best and think by calling names or degrading someone you disagree with makes you or your car superior. I've tried to keep my comments to the car in question and not get personal as many of you do, I actually find this name calling and rude statements happening at most car forums which only shows me how many low class people there are no matter what kind of car they own!
There are some mature NSX owners on this site and I probably pulled there hot button a couple of times, but they still didn't revert to name calling. I wonder how some of you would react if a real troll came on this site with no motive other than to put your NSX's down and bring no real valuable information regarding a formidable car like the Z06?
I think the best thing the moderator could do at this point is erase this thread completely because I don't believe it has been constructive for either side after the last page started.
All the best,
EFE Z06
Its the american dream baby! Make sure you buy a new US built car every 2 years like uncle same wants you to with tax incentives! Good job!

Just wondering what some of you NSX owners thing now since 06 Z06 can be had for the similar price of mid to late 90s NSX with similar miles..
The ONLY THING THE NSX HAS IN COMMON WITH THEM IS THE DEGREE TO WHICH I HAVE TO BEND AND DUCK TO GET INTO THE THING---AFTER THAT, IT'S ALL SMILES!
Having owned several corvettes---starting with the c5s, they found their place with performance, quality and reliability. My 97' gave me 31mpg driving to Denver on 9-11-2001. It would run away from just about anything butttt the NSX---dam what a beautiful work of art. In 1994 I had a 1988 Porsche 928S4 that I chipped--it too ran real strong--would top end over 180mph and was quality through and through---but a neighbor had this red 1992 NSX--dam that this was beautiful and the SOB would just drive by without even waving hello. I could beat him with either car I had but---dam that NSX was WAY cool. 15 year later---I'm retired and can afford to buy and drive whatever I want.
So what do, I do-------that DAM NEIGHBOR WITH THAT 92 NSX DIES AND I BUY HIS CAR FROM HIS WIDOW. Does it compare to the Corvette or the Porsche 928----The ONLY THING THE NSX HAS IN COMMON WITH THEM IS THE DEGREE TO WHICH I HAVE TO BEND AND DUCK TO GET INTO THE THING---AFTER THAT, IT'S ALL SMILES!

My guess is that the argument will always be the same: the Z06 is an amazing performer with gobs of power, but the NSX has soul that just can't be replicated. It's all about what you want out of a car. What's good for General Bullmoose,is good for the U.S.A.!
"Out of the 3461 Z06's built in 2009, only 2278 have been sold and 1183 are still on the dealerships lots..."
This was a quote from a corvette forum not too long ago..
haha... how many NSXs are still in dealership lots up for sale????.....
NOTHING compares to the prestige and rarity that comes with the NSX.
Prestige? Really? Maybe at a Honda car meet... but that's about it.
