Does the 2002-2004 nose badge fit perfect on a 93? I remember reading it left a hole or something. I couldn't find it in the search.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Doesn't that leave the old holes exposed? Remember, the new badge has an open design...NSX FoYoAss said:NetViper, I believe the holes don't line up right. The trick is to remove your badge, take the new badge and file off the clips and stick it on there using the adhesive on the new badge.

That is correct - you need to cut the pins off the new emblem & just secure it with the already-applied double-sided tape. Hey, it sticks so good it didn't even come off in the automatic car-wash! (Ha! just kidding - would never put my car through a car-wash!)NSX FoYoAss said:But I think you can place the new Acura emblem over the holes and cover them. (maybe the horiziontal line in the A?) I'll give it a try this week and report back.

The "legs" of the 'A' can be positioned to cover the holes (there really isn't much of a horizontal bar in this Acura 'A 'emblem).
The problem is less installing the new one, but removing the old one - the spring tabs on the backs of the pins of the original cannot be reached w/o removing the bumper. I've seen one "recommendation" to prise it up from the surface then cut them off, allowing them to drop off inside but I personally wouldn't recommend that.
Incidentally this same info has been posted before - try a search next time.
NSX FoYoAss said:Ok, well I just did it. I pulled off the nose badge that came on my 93 and it came off pretty easy. I used a knife to wedge the badge up on one side and then some on the other side. I placed a thin piece of cloth where I was leveraging(spelling?) the other part of the knife. It came off, and the clips didn't break. Mine weren't even the snapping kind. They were more like tabs to line up into the holes to line the badge up evenly. Maybe aftermarket? I don't this so? The new Acura badge has the same type of tabs. On the new badge, I just pressed on them with my thumb and they broke off. Now when I lay the new badge over the bumper, I can line it up to cover the holes. Pretty simple, besides the part where you have to remove the adhesive that held the original badge on. That was a biotch considering I had just cut my nails this morning!

Great look for few $$$!
