TOTALLY KIDDING!
Planning to leave her as she is for now...I will likely look at intake & headers (ours!) and exhaust (Pride's!) down the line, but first 7-spoke OEM wheels (powder-coated white), re-configuring her to her true Honda identity ("H" badges all around), powder-coat the valve covers red, and maybe some red OEM seats & floor mats.
Oh, yeah...new rear tires soon (they came a bit worn down).
How concerned are you about being accurate? It's possible to be very accurate fairly inexpensively with an NA1 R clone.
The NA1 R did NOT have red carpeting.
The NA1 R didn't come with red valve covers. It came with a manifold plate with a red Honda logo.

AS-Motorsports also carry the air bag that you want.
You can use these instructions to re-badge your center tail light with a Honda logo.
If you go with the JDM centerplate like the one in your picture it wont match your L & R tail light panels.

The NSX R centercaps should fit OEM 93 7 spoke wheels. You'll need to powdercoat the wheels to Championship White 08703-NH0AA-PN . You can get the true NSX R centercaps here but they are currently out of stock and Dali has some sketchy reviews on here:

Maybe talk to AS-Motorsports and see if they can get them for you.
You'll need chrome lug nuts too. These are 12x1.5 and fit the AP1 S2000 and Integra and were a standard USDM OEM part.
A few NSX R parts actually made it into later production models. These are easily sourced. You can get the aluminum rear bumper beam and exhaust and headers from an NA2 for some nice weight reduction and the NA2 exhaust is a great power adder. You can get the mesh intake inlets from any North American Acura dealer because they were used on the Zanardi and 02+ cars. Zanardi can be ordered through any Acura dealer in North America.
If you remove the tape deck and stereo (there's no reason in 2012 to have a tape deck) you can get a carbon fiber delete panel. While you're at it, you could delete the antenna and fill the hold with this grommet. Part #82871-671-000
Delete plate here:

I also recommend deleting your spare tire and bracket, cd changer and bracket, and tools at the same time. By simply deleting these items here you will be on par with Type S weight!
For suspension you might want to look at New Type S or Zanardi but most certainly you'll want the chassis bars for front and rear and the Type R sway bar in the front. You could go Type R suspension but it's very pricey and very harsh from my understanding. I'll know more in the Spring however because I'm going to get a chance to test drive before I make this decision myself.
The final piece would be to switch to the mesh engine cover but that costs a lot of cheese.

This is basically my complete formula for the NA1 R clone that I'm doing except I have the authentic Enkei NSX R wheels matched to Bridgestone Potenza RE11's. I'm still very surprised that I managed to get a hold of these and am eternally grateful to the seller who is an NSXPrime member. They are out getting restored right now.
Some additional things you could consider would be to change the door sills and the door tags , final gear, AC removal, TCS removal, but I'm not sure that I'm going to go quite that far myself. I'm leaving the interior alone for sure. I also refuse to alter safety features such as the side reflectors and the front bumper beam. Anyway things are coming along nicely.
We'll see.
