2005 lease program

Is the $799.00 lease special on 2005's as great as it seems, or am I missing something? Im approved to pick car up next week. 4k drive off 7500 miles a year for 36 months 60k owed at end of lease if I want to buy it. Your advice is needed thanks

It's great if like to drive a virgin car and you don't mind giving it back after spending 30k. Ofcourse the 60k residue is negotiable when you do give it back.

Another alternative is to get a used 02 for like 60's and finance for 60month loan and pay about 1k a month after same 4k down. After 36months you can probably sell it for 40's and lose less than 30k.
