heya,

any of you guys had a chance to look at the red '01 NSX for sale at "Cars on Dixie" ? I was gona drop by that place on my day off to check it out. Anyone know anything about that car?

thanks!

I looked at this car before buying my 02. The car looked to be in great shape. When I test drove it, the car pulled to the right.

I took pictures of the car, and upon viewing them it became apparent either the front hood and or bumper had been repainted.

I opted not to purchase the car because of this.

When I test drove it I felt the pulling to the left but only over 200kmph, also, I found it wasn't that smooth when I took speed bumps at high speeds - like over 80.

It did run smooth considering how low it was on oil though...

Just kidding!

Seriously, you gotta wonder about those cars in CDN independent dealers that have sat in inventory for a long time, likely abused by the dealer themselves, never mind the test pilots!

not far from the truth ...

Just show up to one of Mosport's lapping days and see how many cars are there with dealer plates.
