First picture ROCKS! That is a cool way to express the cars color.

I think it is only for looks, although I have had the 25mm spacer on my car for a while I am pretty sure the handling was better pre-spacer.

Everyone has their own opinion on these cars. I would expect a car of this milage to have maybe a few rock chips, ect. To not have a single blimish suggest the possiblity of paint work. Which to me is a turn off, however I respect that you disagree with my line of thinking.

That car is crazy clean for 50k miles. Notice they show pictures of all the VIN# stickers that they could see, so I am guessing the stickers are not present on the tabs provided on the front bumper. Personally, I would be more comfortable for a car of this mileage to show slight wear and tear...

If you feel the float/shake at speed the tires could have delevoped flat spots due to the vehicle sitting. However, since you mentioned the previous owner had after market rims this may not be the case. I had a coupe previously as well and I have always thought the targa felt "loose" at least...

BMWs have always had a strong bluebook value but in the case of the e92 series BMW coupes the book values have been exceptionally high. I would think you would be better off taking a good deal on a brand new model as opposed to trying to find the used one that someone is willing to take a loss on.

You might want to check out www.firstagain.com, I think they offer like 6% and would probably be ok with a 1999 model. I have not had personal experience with them but have heard good things.
