yes another targa vs coupe question.

what makes you want to get a Targa(tm)?
because you like open air? or you simply want a new car (because coupe discontinued)

By the time I bought my car, they had stopped making the blue I liked best and there is only one monte carlo blue coupe in the US as far as I know (and the owner was not selling). So that pretty much meant I needed to get a -T.

If there had been blue coupes available, I may very well have bought one.

HOWEVER, after having owned the -T for a while, I would absolutely not trade it for a coupe. It suits my use perfectly and I absolutely love being able to pop the top and go for a drive in the mountains. To me it takes that kind of drive to a whole new level. I never really expected that when I first bought the car to be honest.

I would NOT get a -T if my primary use was as a track car. I would also probably not bother to get a -T if it was my daily driver unless I lived somewhere that had great open-top driving weather year-round.

But my primary use is just going out and enjoying an occasional nice weekend drive in nice weather, and the occasional track event, and the -T is perfect for that in my opinion.

Here's the perfect swap for you http://www.nsxprime.com/ubb/Forum16/HTML/000404.html
BTW, I bought my NSX-T so I can have 2 cars in 1, closed and open topped. Flex and or cowl shake? Haven't really noticed it. But then I have never driven a coupe, so I have nothing to compare it to. I recently took an unnamed coupe owner on a ride in my car. He liked the open feeling of the T, then wanted one.
