Yellow NSX for sale, anybody know it?

Hi all, keeping my eyes peeled for cars to consider, came across this one. Not sure I'm a 'yellow car guy' myself, but...

anybody know this car or its history?

That car looks to me to be the GTA Exotics car. If it is, run far, run fast; it's not worth $24.00 nevermind $24k.

It has been used, abused, repainted, improperly maintained and is just generally a basket case.

I also believe the car used to be red as well
