Quick update - we are currently about 4-6 weeks out for delivery as we have many orders yet to be delivered.

**ALL of our dash panels now feature OEM screw mounting points with INCLUDED new machined screws for easy installation. We have taken all the inputs from NSX owners to make this panel the highest quality piece available.

In our never ending quest for perfection - we recently obtained a full NSX OEM dash piece which we created a very rigid platform. This allows us to test EVERY panel build for fitment prior to shipping. In the past we used our shop NSX's for fitment but we realized each NSX varied slightly in how the dash was fitted. Even a few mm off would create headaches down the road in the production cycle. As you can see in the photos below we now have a "controlled" NSX dash panel to do all fitment so each panel is perfect.

We are working as fast as we can to fill all incoming orders. Keep in mine we are doing 100% QC and testing each hand made panel in our test jig to check for fitment and quality. There is no other company doing such a thing but all of this takes time.

Quick update for February / 2017 ~ we are working on the builds in the order we have received them. As we are approaching the summer car show season, it's only going to get busier so we will do our best to fill orders quickly.

We are doing 100% QC inspection and fitment testing on our dash panel. The only variable left would be fitment of the DD radio to the dash panel by the owner.

With the summer car show season approaching we are getting ready to release more dash panels. If you want one for your car, PLEASE plan ahead and get yours on order. Each of these are hand made to order and we need roughly 5-8 weeks to build each one.

All orders are built in the order received so we cannot rush one person's order for any reason as it would be un-fair to everyone else patiently waiting.

We do 100% QC testing on our NSX dash test jig here so each panel is ensured fitment to a controlled dash panel that we have strengthened.

One of the great things about NSXPO is we finally get to meet our customers.

This is Curt's car and it's one head turner for sure with his select choice of modifications.

You can see our "glare reduction" Carbon Fiber NSX dash panel in action here. With the reduced angle it avoids there deck from receiving direct sunlight and makes the display a bit more visible in daylight:

 
here's a local customer who brought his "cherry" beautiful 1991 Red NSX. It's a mint example with all OEM parts and barely 20k clicks on the odometer.

The goal was to give the car a much needed audio improvement with Bluetooth, NAVI and better sound quality.

All the stock components were carefully removed and set aside safe keeping. It was very important to NOT touch the stock dash panel or molest the pristine piece so customer chose to use our FRP Double DIN replacement panel with glare reduction. This is a direct swap for the stock panel so we transferred the stock parts over to the new dash panel after getting it painted.

Audio upgrade includes Hertz component speakers in the doors using stock mounting points and a JL Audio 3 channel amplifier hidden in the stock passenger footwell. We removed the subwoofer assembly and built a custom amp rack in it's place. The door speakers play pretty much at full range since there is no subwoofer in this setup.

With the spring / summer car show season around the corner, we just wanted to drop a note here and advice current lead times are roughly 8-12 weeks out based on our workload.

These dash panels are a labor of love and hand made to order. Each one has quite a few extensive testing steps to make properly so if you need or plan to get one, we ask you help us out by planning ahead. If you need one, please get your orders in NOW. Don't wait till spring to order as you may not get it in time for show season.


PM us with any questions but keep in mind we are ONLY making the single design with the double din and glare reduction (Ashtray delete). We no longer offer the other models from zero. What this means is if you want a dash panel with ashtray, it's a 1:1 core exchange. We will supply you a OEM stock dash panel, modify it for your radio and ship it out to you, then you will ship us back your stock panel as part of our Core Exchange similar to our steering wheels.

This is our Carbon Glare Reduction panel finished in matching matte finish. Customer has requested we do his power window surrounds, center vent and door handles all in this matching finish:

These panels are part of our 1:1 core exchange program for Double DIN dash panels from owners who need the ashtray. We have some inventory of stock dash panels we will provide to do the initial work and modifications. Once you receive this panel, you will send us back your stock panel to complete the deal. This way there is no down time and we can custom build a panel to suit your specific needs and radio model.

In this case, as you can see each customer shown below has their own custom requirements and we modified their OEM dash panel to achieve the results and finish it off in our beautiful carbon fiber finish:

As part of the bespoke ordering process, we can also do customization for your leather elbow rests, door inserts, pretty much anything you need for your NSX interior!

Please note we no longer offer any of the variations of the Double DIN panel that has the ashtray unless we are doing a 1:1 core exchange. We will take your stock dash panel and modify it for a double din radio and can retain or delete the ashtray at time of order. We will provide a stock dash panel to do the work first but will need your stock dash panel back as part of the core exchange. Let us know if any questions!

In some cases we can take your damaged, wrinkled stock dash panel and give it a new lease on life! Best way to save an old beat up dash panel that has the typical peeling is to send is to us for the work.


***The only dash panel we offer from ZERO (Scratch) meaning we can build it for you and not need a core exchange is the Double DIN panel with Glare Reduction / Ashtray Delete***
