WTR: short-term parking in Chicago-area

Looking to rent / sublet a short-term parking spot in Chicago area, preferably downtown or near north.

Must be secure, with reasonable access hours(ideally at least 7x20), covered and enclosed. Heated preferred but not required.

Will need it sometime in Feb, as I start my move back to Chicago.

I was looking for something closer to home, ideally 400-1200 N, and within 600E/600W (River North / Gold Coast)

You might want to try chatting with some of the parking attendants at garages in the high-rises in your neighborhood, to see if they rent spaces by the month and can keep an eye on the car, that kind of thing.
