OK so a little while ago I got a check engine light that came on, then went away on its own. I reset the computer anyway, drove the car for a few days, and once when I was driving it it started to flash and the engine ran rough. I had no idea what it was. Then it went away. I took the car and had the codes read today, and there is no stored code.
WTF???
So now what happens is this... I am not sure if this is normal. Turn on ignition only, and wait like a minute... CEL flashes 5 times. Then stops and goes out. But there is no code! is this flashing normal?
Can anyone shed some light?
