He's still around and active in the industry. He has numerous patents pertaining to electrical design and audio. You can find him posting quite often at carsound.com mostly in his own forum. I've always found him to be friendly and helpful. But for some reason on the audio forums, people either love him or hate him. I've never figured out why.
Yeah, that car was awesome then and still to this day. Did so much with so little in the car.
I imagine you love him for the competitor in him and what he has done for the industry. Hate him if he ever competes AGAINST you. Because you will know that he isn't in it to come in 2nd.
