Huh! Scratching head also.
Very funny!!!
Reminds me te old story about the three guys at the Hotel ...
In the first picture we can number people like this:

To understand the catch ( I don't know why I explain, seems to be obvious... ) take a look at people number 1 and 3.
In the second picture number one receive no hair to complete his head and number three is matching nobody and thus receive no soles for his shoes...
Of course everything else have to match... a very nice coincidence!
About the three guys in the Hotel room I can tell you if you wish!

Hint.... in the first frame everybody is the same height. In the second, there are some very short people and some very tall people.
A slice of every person is removed from the first picture, remixing these parts in the second picture, it remains enough to build a new person.
