I emailed the seller, and this is what he wrote back:
Hello there and thank you for your interest in buying my 2005 Acura NSX.
The car is completely working, perfect running condition, with no hidden damages or accidents, it has always been garage kept. The title is clear and you will can transfer it in your state without problems.
I want you to know that I've closed my auction earlier because someone offered me the asking price, but didn't have all the money available and I cannot accept financing, so it is still for sale.
I will let it go for $25,000 .
If you're still interested in buying it please reply as soon as possible as I need a fast sale. Thank you.
