Thank you Michael, I was start getting worried with you
A few more kits are already on their way, can't wait to receive the feedbacks!
Now I am working on the detailed instructions, for those of you who will get the first kits just follow these "11 steps short instructions" taken from the post or PM me if you have any doubt, I am here to help
"short instructions in 11 steps" that worked for Michael:
1 - Open the motor in FULLY CLOSED WINDOW position (= transport part UP)
2 - remove rotational spring and teeth wheel (but not the cable core)
3 - manually move transport part to FULLY OPENED WINDOW position (= transport part DOWN)
4-remove the upper part of the core to loosen cables
5 -Replace the plastic guide by the pulley kit. Tight its screw while holding the pulley cover in place to guide the cable.
6- IF NEEDED fit the sleeve to the motor axle and drill the 2 lower parts of the core with 10.5 , 11, 11.5 and 12.0mm drill. DO NOT DRILL THE TEETH WHEEL
7- roll the cable in the lower core and place it in the gear housing case
8- place the 2nd part of the core and tight the cables
9- manually move transport part to FULLY CLOSED WINDOW position (or turn the core by hand to place transport part UP)
10- place teeth wheel; apply a pre-tension to the spring of 540º angle (1 turn and 1/2)
11- close motor and test it!
