If I'm driving over 65 and can hear alot of wind coming through the windows with the window fully up does thats means I need to replace the rubber window seal? Just wanted to make sure before I buy the parts..

Most likely just needs to be adjusted.

These make them work smoother and faster. It would be a good time to install these while you are doing the adjustments.

Yup. Look in the Body section of your service manual, under Door Glass Adjustment.
