Window Door Trim AC Vents Help Please

I'm trying to locate the part numbers for the AC/Heat Vents in the drivers door. By this I mean the point at which the air flows out of the door. There's 2 vents that the air flow direction can be adjusted. I need to replace one in my drivers side. Please see attached image. Sorry for the terrible description!

I don't believe the vents are sold separately. The P/N for a 1991 Driver's side door plate is 83570-SL0-A02ZA.

Ouch! That's an expensive little bugger. Definitely going to try and find a used one here on Prime. Thanks for the info!
