Will Taitec JGTC parallel exit exhaust fit with '04 NSX rear valence??

Hey guys and gals. I am looking to update my '94 NSX with the '04 NSX rear valence, but want to know if it will fit with my Taitec JGTC Parallel Exit Exhaust?? There is no way I am getting rid of the exhaust, so I want to make sure this rear fits before I buy it. Thank you.

Fits in perfectly well, no rubbing or anything.
