Who gives a f-ck?
What he does on his own time isn't our business, is it? Before this happened, did you judge his as effective? Was he a good leader?
any chance you knew that during his prosecuting years & as his run for governor, he's positioned himself as a "law & order" guy.Who gives a f-ck?

Yeah, I did - but I don't think that two consenting adults who exchange money for sex is really a crime -
..but he does. IMO it's no different than a cop giving a speeding ticket then driving off at 90 MPH after he clocks out of work. Hypocrites!
no driving slow in the passing lane!
what would be the penalty for doing so?
for driving slow in the passing lane and not changing lanes when flashed, it would be 10 years in prison without the possibility of parole - if you do get passed and then flash the guy who flashed you - its the death penalty!

It matters because of this:
As attorney general, Mr. Spitzer’s signature issue was pursuing Wall Street misdeeds But he also prosecuted at least two prostitution rings as head of the state’s organized crime task force.
In one such case in 2004, Mr. Spitzer spoke with revulsion and anger after announcing the arrest of 16 people for operating a high-end prostitution ring out of Staten Island.
“This was a sophisticated and lucrative operation with a multitiered management structure,” Mr. Spitzer said at the time. “It was, however, nothing more than a prostitution ring.”
