I drove my Accord to Flagstaff on Saturday and went to Lava River Cave to scout road conditions, and am sad to report that the 7 mile of dirt road is pretty rough and not sports car friendly. It's bumpy and has enough dips that a stock NSX would bottom out many times, never mind a lowered one.
The cave itself is kind of cool, but it's really cold inside (35-45 degrees year round from what I read), and the air was thin enough that I developed a headache while inside. I'm not sure I'd want to hike the entire length of it again for that reason.
