who should win the Heisman??

I'm pushing for Leinart all the way. I thought he had a great chance last year, but IMHO is a no-brainer this year.

leinart had an awesome year but he had about the same numbers as white. white's numbers look just a little bit better so i dont see why its a "no-brainer."

leinart. 251-377 66.6% 2990 yards 28tds 6int 154.5 qb rating

white 231-354 65.3% 2961 yards 33td 6ints 162.9 qb rating

im thinking peterson buts hes a freshman so i dont know...itd be a no brainer for peterson if he was a junior.

White led the number two team in the nation...Leinart led number one. And the nice thing is we'll get to see if these teams are ranked correctly (at least relative to one another) when they face off in the Orange Bowl.

I'm not saying that White didn't have a great season...I'm guessing that he's less likely to win simply because he won last year.

Leinart wins the Heisman...and no one posts anything. I remain quiet since I figure the Orange Bowl would be the proof.

Well? Is there any question about who deserves the trophy now?

Leinart passes for 332 yards, no interceptions, a Orange Bowl record 5 TDs, and clearly the Orange Bowl MVP. Bush has 106 all purpose yards.

White passes for 244 yards, three interceptions, 2 TDs...Peterson is held to less than a hundred yards.

55-19? 38-10 in the first half?
