1) Their wholesale pricing to all other mechanics is 20% off list price so he was trying to institute a consistent pricing system. Please be aware that there are many "list" prices; we are using Acura's list price not an artificially inflated list price - we had this discussion years ago when we secured the 30% off.

Thanks for all the legwork, hopefully you have a bit more leverage than us regular folks, LOL.
Note that when I called today I was told that they don't keep records of prior orders (which is completely bogus since they have been able to pull my old orders in the past) So without records how can they tell if it's a repeat customer??
I've purchased many parts over the years and have *never ever* gotten free shipping from them, and everytime that I ask for shipment I ask for a signature *release* on the package, but they *always* forget to send the order that way and I end up having to pick up the package at UPS because I can't be waiting at home for parts
