Went in to pick up our new E-350 XLT Van last week " NSX Hauler " and the GT was sitting on the showroom floor. I actually liked it...IMO it looks much better in person not a fan of White though. The sales guy opened it up and let me jump in and had a good laugh when I asked for the keys.
My impressions after sitting in one and seeing one in person is that the car is huge compared to the NSX. The hood area alone must be twice that of the NSX. And stand behind a GT and look how wide and thick the rear end of the beast is.
It also made me appreciate what a great job Honda did with the NSX because whereas visibility out of my NSX is fantastic, I felt like I couldn't see crap out of the GT. The A pillars are thick as tree trunks and the view behind you is horrible (from a visibility standpoint).
I have seen quite a few Ford GTs in person up close at Crystal Cove, they have that SUV/lifted look from certain angles. NSX finally have competition for outrageous big wheel gap.

I love the design of the Ford GT too. Just wish there was someplace to put an overnight bag if I drive to Vegas with the wife. I heard it has no trunk whatsoever. Which is odd for a design that has such a long hood for a mid engine placement car.
