Whining noise after tranny rebuild

Hey everyone,

I had some 5th gear pop out issues so the shop cracked the transmission open. It had bad ISB. They decided to rebuild the transmission. It works great now but there is a whine under load. You hear it best at constent load. 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th. Not in 1st and second long enough to notice. Research says TB or ISB, but I'm sure thses were replaced. Any possibility of installing these incorrect?

Input shaft bearing is loudest in first gear when you are usually coming off throttle from over 3000 RPM. What else got replaced.

maybe not enough tran oil. the oil actually helps keep the noise down since parts are under water( oil ) sorta speak

I'm just curious...how much did the transmission repair cost?
