Which muffler?!? I want Ferrari sound

You may want to try just running pipes straight back from the cat and then using only a resonator as your "muffler." It'll be loud, and I am not too sure if it'll sound like a Ferrari, but it'll definitely sound more like a big block V8.

Noooo!!!!! Trust me, this does NOT sound good. It does not sound like a big block. It sounds like a demon hell spawn choking on a piece of banana while drowning. BAD, very BAD.

i am biased myself as i also have a TUBI exhaust....i love the quad tips and the fact that Many F cars use this same brand should tell you something.
So where's the best place to order a Tubi from? Depending on the price difference, I'm either wanting a Tubi or Anytime Racing. The dual tips look way better than the others.

What's a good price for either of those two?

You can PM Anytime on this board and he can get you the info you need for the Anytime Racing model. Don't know about the Tubi. Sorry.

CLosest thing is a Tubi, it's manufactured a few hundred yards up the street Ferrari's front gates. ANYThing else is like a Casio or a Timex. There is only ONE NSX Tubi left in the country and I'm trying to find a nice pedestal to mount it on. The next production run is in the future, we're not sure when.

Since this was directed at me (check the CAPS in the word anything- I get it). Whether this gentleman wants to buy yours, mine or whoevers exhaust, doesn't matter to me. I have some questions. I'm sure there are others that would like to know also. Have the fitment issues with the Tubi been addressed? Specifically, the tips hanging low and the flange needing to be ground to fit correctly.
And warranty, where do you get that taken car of? Italy?

The threads I am referring to are
here and here.

ANYTIME, just wondering if your exhaust has the single tip option yet? Your system sound good, but I want to get a 02+ rear valance conversion and would need an exhaust with the single tip.

In the process as we speak! I will post updates soon on progress. Per customer requests, the original twin tips will be removed and replaced with single tips on a per order basis. The current quad tip units will remain unchanged, unless single tips are requested when ordering(when completed).
Take care,
John

If you buy in the US it should be warrantied by Tuby Style USA, not?

On mine the fitment is correct, you need 15 min additional work to make it fit perfectly...

I am sure you are not writing this because you sell an exhaust that is in competition with the Tubi...

ANYTIME was referring to "ANYThing" on BBOXER comment."Since this was directed at me (check the CAPS in the word anything- I get it). "

Though TUBI produces an aftermarket exhaust for Ferrari, it does not mean that a Tubi exhaust in an NSX will make it sound like a Ferrari 360. Tubi exhaust does not produce high pitch sound.

That is a false advertisement.

I was lucky that I compare Tubi exhaust when I was shopping for an exhaust, and TUBI exhaust does not produce sound like Ferrari 360 or have any similarity to Ferrari 360 sound characteristic, period.

As I said many times, listen to the exhaust sound in real life before you spend $$$ on an exhaust.

Also check out the NSXPO sponsors: http://www.nsxpo.com/sponsors.htm
Anytime Racing, Comptech & GruppeM are sponsors of NSXPO, where are you Tubi ????

I purchased mine on a group buy and i dont remember the price....but do a search on tubi group buy and the thread should come up.

ive got the tubi exhaust and so does another friend of mine. Sounds pretty ferrari-esque to us. But i wouldnt say its the same sound, cause it really isnt. Just close, and personal tastes/opinions may vary. never heard the gruppe.
