Which do you guys like better?

Ok.. I'm not a photoshop expert.. as a matter of fact I used Paint to do this.. just an idea..

Just as an idea so everyone knows where this is coming from.... i had to have my rims repaired from nsxpo and the general racing season.. well things were so bad that the guy had to lacquer the rim... well i think some lacquer got to the paint or something... b/c the gunmetal has a lavender look to it in the light.. i'm not down w/ that really...

I voted all black. I've always liked that for some reason. The polished lip is okay (especially on Sebring) but I think it visually reduces the size of the wheel. You can see it in your pics.

Here is my .02. I would say all black with no polished lip. However, I would also recommend re-tinting to a black vice mirror and doing something with the brakes i.e., painting the caliper silver w/black 'NSX' and changing the rotors to cross drilled or slotted. I think these changes will compliment the black rim better.

You can clearly see black rims when they're dirty, which is most of the time with black.

I personally prefer all-silver rims and since you've only given two options, I'd like to declare THIS POLL IS BIASED! j/k ....ok...i voted black with silver rim.

Black w/polished lip looks cleaner (IMO) for everyday driving. All black looks more "racey" (IMO) and cool for a track car, like your car .

For your silver car, I'd get a dark gunmetal (not black) wheel with a polished lip, but that would be me. For you Xavier, it's hopeless

Hehe.. you guys are funny.. those HRE's though are NICE! well i can't do anything with the rims yet... my beater broke down so temporarily my nsx is my daily

Polished lip is better IMO... but the straight lateral photo you posted is the worst one to show the lip. It almost makes no difference. From 3/4 the polished lip is way nicer!

i Have bbs 3 piece black rims with a polished lip, but just had my oem rims done black and i love the look of the black on the dark... purple/blue midnight pearl. I did my calipers gold to match the 02 since i did the front end and am in the middle of doing the rear conversion as well. I also used some chrome lugs with gold calipers on black rims, and they really look great i think. Ill post some pics this week maybe tomorrow when i get a chance.
