Where can you find 9006 based HID bulbs. like for those who has hid kits, where would you go to get it replaced. Also where is the best place to get them at.

autolamps-online.com would be a good place to get them. THe make THE BEST HID Kit for the NSX and most other cars on the market, Hands Down. The bulbs they have are for the NSX HID Kit are to be used with NSX's, as they are a little shorter then normal HID bulbs.
Most people would disagree with your statement, hsdr5. Several folks here have reported problems with the autolamps kit, including problems with color not matching from one side to another, and problems with customer service.
Science of Speed makes the best HID kit for the NSX, and it is the only kit on the market that is custom designed for the NSX. It includes end caps specifically for the NSX, and wiring etc that is all designed for the NSX. The bulbs are beam corrected for the proper throw pattern of light, which most generic kits are not.
The original question in this topic seems to show a lack of understanding of all the components of a proper HID system. You cannot just replace the headlight bulbs and have a true HID system. An HID system has ballasts and igniters that need to be wired into the car, in addition to the bulbs. That's why it really needs to be an entire system that is designed to work together.

Eventually i have a working kit running on my car. It is a custom put together kit w/ Phillips ballast and Modified D2s Bulbs w/ 9006 base. Eventually i couldn't get the correct beam pattern on it. I guess the modifcation is slightly off on the bulb positioning. Thats why i want to know where i can purchase HID bulbs w/ the 9006 base on it already so that the beam pattern would come out correctly. Eventually i've been finding places that sells "HID kits" not just the Retrofited 9006 bulbs. Thats what i'm looking for. Autolamps-online seems to have it. But want to see if there are other places that might have it.

His complete kit actually looks like a pretty good value - complete with Hella components - only thing missing it appears is the grommet - I've sent him an e-mail asking him if he could supply that with the kitbut have not yet received a reply
