Located near Eglinton and Tomken I think.
Carbon is really hard to get nowadays so you can pretty much forget cheap! Prices have risen dramatically in the last while due to the Aerospace industry an military scooping it all up and worldwide production can't keep up.
In the US a good place to try is Fibeglass supply<fiberglasssupply.com> located in Oregon though.
I use small quantities in my business and at one point had local suppliers asking me where to get it

That's where I used to get all my stuff. I used to buy 54" 2x2 twill for about $55-60 a yard I think. although I haven't bought any in probably a year.
