Where does this part go?

Am finishing a valve adjust, new plugs and reinstalling RC serviced injectors.
Senility has hit and can't recall where this part goes.

Top of the rear bank, over the timing belt on the cover. that is the bottom plate for the large wiring loom

at first I thought it was a rear E-brake bracket they look similar kinda LOL
