What's your Favorite Mod?

Wow this ole thread is still going. I guess mine is my very rare Gruppe-M V2 exhaust. At least until someone trades me their 5.1 for it.:wink:
Lovefab turbo system and the JRZ RS coilover suspension.
Favorite mods for me would be the JDM close gears and type R final drive. Totally makes the car more fun. The CT supercharger makes it ridiculously fun.

when we see them we call them the offroad NSX's. they really look bad. I did not want to dive my nsx untill I got it lower cause it was just stupid looking.
Thank you for your thread post, I have been on the fence about the steering wheel mod for my NSX but I think you just sealed the deal since I've been looking at the 300mm Momo Team wheel as well! 
I hate the stock "un-high tech" looking stock wheel but did not want to lose my cruise controls. The airbag I could easily live without....haha
Oh yes in regards to your question I have not done too many mods to my 2004 white nsx (the car came with the GTrom 5.1 exhaust so I got lucky) and it sounds simply awesome but my favorite mod I did (myself) is easily the Bride Stradia Red Carbon Kevlar Seat. I gained 2" of headroom so now my head does not hit the rear plastic roof piece and my entire driving position is 100% perfect for my 6'2, 175lb frame
