Blue is one of the rare limited colors. Like that Imola Orange.

The blue interior doesn't necessarily need to match the exterior, but it shouldn't clash either, which in my opinion it does. Aesthetics are everything and this combination doesn't work well.

White and Red are the worst colors on an NSX for sure. They should be on that bottom as they are. White shouldn't even exist as a choice imo.

Because they are common and an expected sports car color. Why buy an uncommon car and get a common color?
