Second favorite is the NSX's.

I really like the E36 M3's dash layout and design. Material used feels pretty solid.

The layout for the NSX is pretty good too, but the plastic used feels pretty cheap for the MSRP of the car. Especially the handle of the turn signal, steering column and the center counsel. I don't know if they purposely use cheap plastic for weight saving or they're (Honda) just cheap.

I like that of the B7 Audi Rs4, the seats, the dash, the carbon fiber is all very very nice:

Also in sports car the 300ZX and NSX have two of the nicest interiors I have experienced.
