Pull the plugs out, pull the fuel pump fuse, crank the motor over a few times. Reassemble and rock on.

Thanks! pulling the plugs worked...I did it before the prefill the oil filter suggestion and I at least have oil to the oil pressure switch. I'm not sure how to tell if it made it all the way to the top without taking off the valve covers...which I really don't want to do.
