I drive my 04 NSX on the weekends and I have 2002 RSX Type S with Mugen M5 wheels and some Comptech goodies for my daily driver.

I drive a 2000 Audi TT in the winter the thing gust claws through the snow. All wheel Drive u got to love it!

Recent addition to the family.

Love it's functionality and "sporty" ride. Good long distance tourer, but NSX is still a damn fine long distance runner as well.

gonna bring this post back from the dead

my daily driver is a infiniti AWD FX35

I considered the FX35 and actually liked the features in the Murano better (oddly enough).

My practical daily: 2010 Nissan Murano SL AWD. We also have a 2009 Nissan Altima, but that's pretty much dedicated to my wife.

Must have missed this thread the first time. I've switched 5-6 times now haha.

Now between a 07 mustang or 04 pilot depending on who needs to take my son somewhere.

honestly the FX35 has been one of the best cars i driven as a DD. Drives like a car yet has the room of an SUV (ok SAV:tongue:)
i have put 100,000 miles on it without a problem.
Has great power as well....I have nothing put praises about this car.

Lately I've been using the Highlander for my daily driver. Using the S2000 one day a week for the commute to work (or two if the weather calls me  ). However, I absolutely take the NSX for a drive once a week - even if only to get up to operating temps - and once I do I always say to myself; " I should be driving this great car every day". Happy Motoring - Jay

1995 civic lx, salvage 189k body, 160k gsr motor.. What a beater. Gets better mpg then the X.

Since I bought my NSX (58K miles on odo, almost 3 years ago)

• DD the NSX for 6 months (work 3 days per week @ a Client's)
• DD now 1995 Honda Passport -my favorite car in years BTW, 5 speed truck RULES-

My DD is an '05 Prius that has been totally set up with suspension, wheels, etc. Nice car that now has 168K trouble free miles. But the car pool access sticker program ends July 1st for hybrids. So I am going to sell my Prius and I am leaning towards the new Hyundai Sonata hybrid for my DD.

I have a 100 mile per day average commute. The Sonata is listed at 41 MPG so that seems to make sense to me. They run about $31K and come with the 10 year/100K bumper to bumper warranty. That typically costs about $2K to add to other cars.

I need a 4 door sedan and I just do not see any other reasonable option that meets my needs. The Hyundai seems to be the best bang for the buck at present. OH yeah, I will set the Sonata up with hopefully coil-over suspension and some nice sway bars and then upgrade the tire/wheels from 17" to at least 18".

Sorry about the off topic post but I wouldn't trust Hyundai...it all seems good on paper but their cars generally have a lot of mechanical issues. I say this from the experiences of family and friends that have owned and currently own Hyundai cars. There are other options in the same price range...CRZ is a decent option. Stay away from Ford as well...Found On Road Dead...often!

My daily driver is an 08 VW GTI 4-door.

I put on 250kms/day or 155 miles/day 5 days/week. I love the car as its quick, great on the highway and has longer service intervals than most marques. Plus its inexpensive to run.
