What color is this?

Is this a factory color (sorry for the big size)? Looks like Monte Carlo blue, but can't really confirm it.

nope its one of the Japanese Factory colors.
you might have seen it in the Game Grand Tuismo 3. there you can get alot of colors not available in the US
