Other than a supercharger or other useful things. Some thoughtful things that she'll prob love...and be cheap but score more points maybe and end getting a present back.

Dig out some old photos (wedding/dating/whatever) and have them made into a calendar. Make a "coupon" book which has several "no questions asked" coupons for things like a girls night out, 1 day worth of you doing all the housework, or anything thoughtful. A day-spa/manicure/pedicure getaway thing is usually good too.
If that fails buy her a Carrera GT, voucher for the new NSX or something similar.
