What are these for?

I have owned this car for a while and just notice these tabs that I have circled in yellow in the picture. What the heck are they for? To install some kind of fog light?

Real NSXs don't have those... you bought a knock-off car made by children in a factory in GuangZhou, China
 
Ray photoshopped them in to mess with you........or they are mounting holes for Oracle flags
 
Early in the design phase they though about making the NSX a bond car and wanted to mount twin 50cal machine guns there.
 
They are actually the mounting screws that attach the lower part of the bumper cover to the upper part of the bumper cover.

They are not for the fog light mounting. The fog lights attach differently.
 
Correct, it is set to the lower bumper on the upper part, the lights are fixed by two metal brackets on beam on the inside of the bumper, the two fittings are attached by two bolts in the inner corner of air inlets
 
I had a closer look today and I stand corrected ... as described above they are not for the lights
